Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • Your item arrived damaged in transit

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Send your request to [your email address]. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Products

To protect health and safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Food items (apple cider vinegar, jams, pickled products, frozen meats)

  • Perishables or temperature-sensitive items

  • Opened or used fertilizer products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items not in their original, sealed condition

All food sales are final.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement product at no extra cost

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may have already processed or shipped it.


5. Fertilizer Returns

Fertilizer may be returned only if:

  • It is unopened and in original condition

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Buyer covers return shipping unless we sent the wrong item


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will review and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
